Wide product range

We have a broad range of mortgages at competitive rates. This means we can offer you the products your clients need up to 90% loan to value for first time buyers and house purchase. Up to 75% loan to value for remortgages and unencumbered applications and up to 85% loan to value for further advance applications.

The bank will use the following maximums during the assessment process:

  • Sole income: 4.5 x sole gross
  • Joint income: 4.5 x higher gross income + 1 x second income, or 3.5 x joint gross
